The Beach We Walked is a raw and redemptive drama exploring the complexities of grief, addiction, and fatherhood. After the sudden loss of his mother, Johnny is forced to live with his estranged father, George—a reunion marked by tension, resentment, and emotional distance. As Johnny spirals, George takes a desperate step: a healing retreat in rural Australia. There, with the guidance of Auntie Betty, an Indigenous elder, Johnny begins to rediscover himself—and the connection he thought was lost. Set against vast, quiet landscapes and built on moments of confrontation, cultural awakening, and reconciliation, The Beach We Walked is a deeply human story about confronting the past in order to move forward.
